Meet Mary Fragapane on Saturday, March 10 from 2:30-5:30 at a reception to view her work. We will be introducing zenTea and offering light refreshments. Mary Fragapane – Artist Statement As a painter I am best known for my enigmatic female figures. With these paintings I seek to capture the subtle contrast of human beauty and express visually that which is intangible, frailty, strength, longing, passion, sorrow and joy as told thru the body language. The tilt of the head, curve of the hip - captures the emotion while the expressionistic background further completes the story. My goal is for each piece to have a voice that speaks to the soul.
